Happy Thanksgiving

Fall is here, and the seasonal selections are making their way across the menu. Butternut Squash “Risotto” came and sold out in no time, and already tarragon potatoes, candied cranberry slaw, persimmon chutney, holiday braised sirloin, lamb, smoked ham and Turkey confit are making their way onto the menu… Braised Short Ribs?…Maybe in December…
