SOLD OUT of Foie Gras (first day!) Duck confit and Foie w/ truffle crema and Longanisa…OMG. One of my Faves of ALL TIME! Too bad each duck only has one liver! But, we will not resort to serving the Foie Gras from forcefed ducks that are inhumanely swelled to 40X normal their size. We will only serve the pan seared livers of Ducks that we Butcher by hand. Yes, that means the Fois is a special that is scarce, but if we have it, drop what you are doing and drive across town to be the first in line, and order this! I would!
