Duck Confit is back on the menu:

And it’s getting a great new accoutrement of ricotta white salsa and shoyu salsa w/ tons of flavor popping off the charts.

On a side note, we had a ton of fun this weekend serving up some culinary adventure. The Chefs at Boka Truck are here to book for private multi-course dinners, and so much more, beyond the taco…

This weeks example:
Seven Course Dinner

vichyssois w/ fennel
Lobster & tuna tartar, avocado and crudo salad w/ lobster vinaigrette and herbs
Curried goat w/ sweet feta, peppadew, cippolini, belki, garlic confit and agave walnuts
Lamb & Sea Bass w/ edamame ginger beurre blanc
Duck 5 ways: Foie Gras, Seared breast, confit, chicharonne, and brandy-truffle jus
Short rib w/ jus, crispy wonton, seared scallop, candied bacon
Kit Kat Cake, chocolate mousse, brandied cherries, ganache & whipped cream
