Check out the specials page. They speak for themselves. Some of the specials are different between the truck and the cart location. For instance, the cart cannot make a mac & cheese burrito because it does not have a saute station. Duck confit is coming back next week also. That means first come first serve Fois Gras after we butcher the ducks. This time the livers will be marinated in cognac, like the little L’ortelan, but eaten with less guilt. (the l’ortelan is actually snuffed in armagnac, but that is just an apple fortified cognac, so, same thing, right?)
